my Path to coaching

My journey has been filled with challenges and setbacks, which I now see as opportunities—opportunities that led me exactly where I am meant to be.

I moved out on my own as a senior in high school and soon after found my way into the insurance industry, a field that offered endless opportunities for growth. Throughout my 22-year career in insurance, I often caught myself saying, “I don’t know what I want to do when I grow up.” And I truly meant it. While I enjoyed my work, I couldn’t shake the feeling that my life experiences and challenges were leading me toward something more—something deeper and more meaningful.

The ‘challenge’ that brought me here.

As my career progressed, I naturally gravitated toward mentoring others, which led to leadership opportunities. In my pursuit of becoming the best leader I could be, I began my own coaching journey—deepening my commitment to personal development.

About two years later, I was offered a larger leadership role. As the conversations progressed, I felt my energy and passion fading. The increasing business operations responsibilities were pulling me away from what I valued most—supporting my team in a way that truly made a difference.

It became clear that supporting others couldn’t just be part of what I do—it needed to be all of what I do. With that realization, my focus shifted entirely toward transitioning my skills and experience into building my coaching practice.

I am precisely where I am meant to be, and so are you.

As a relationship and career coach, I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenging relationship dynamics, career transitions, personal growth, and the loss of important connections.

I am a compassionate coach who truly understands—someone who will “get” you. Life’s highs and lows have shaped me, and it was in the lowest moments that I found profound growth and grounding humility. These experiences allow me to deeply connect with others, helping them build more meaningful and productive relationships in both life and business.

Having personally faced the impact of strained relationships, I understand how ongoing tension can affect both personal well-being and professional success. If you’re feeling the weight of a difficult relationship, know that positive change is possible.

I’ve navigated job and career changes, heartbreak, divorce, and family estrangement—along with the challenges that come with moving forward. I’ve taken bold steps in business and worked through the complexities of family relationships. These experiences uniquely position me to partner with you as you face similar challenges, helping you gain clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward.

Your challenges aren’t roadblocks—they’re opportunities for growth. Lean into them, and you'll unlock greater fulfillment in your life and career. Don’t resist. Embrace. Expand.
