REIKI
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan, focused on stress reduction, relaxation, and balancing the body’s natural energies. Although traditionally practiced in-person, reiki can also be effectively performed virtually in certain cases. By channeling universal life energy, reiki treats the whole person—body, emotions, mind, and spirit—bringing about a sense of peace, security, and well-being. In personal coaching, reiki can be a valuable tool to foster self-awareness, release emotional blocks, and strengthen connections. By helping to clear personal energy blockages and reduce stress, reiki creates a solid foundation for open communication and emotional intimacy, making it easier to navigate conflicts and deepen relationships.
